Three Little Kids reserves the right to to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions, product descriptions and prices and such changes will take effect from the time they are published on this site.
When you place an order please make sure you provide current contact details such as an email address or phone number. This is in case I need to contact you about your order.
All orders are subject to availability of stock
After placing an order online, you will get a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your order can be fulfilled. There is a small chance I might sell an item at a market before I have had a chance to update the website. I do my best to keep the website up to date, but on market days I cannot do that until the end of the day.
If an item you have ordered has become unavailable I will contact you as soon as possible. In some cases I may be able to make another (if I still have the fabric), or I may be able to suggest another option, or I can refund your payment.

Confirmation and tracking of your order
Once your order has been received and processed I will send you an email telling you I have sent your order, and the tracking number (if applicable).
Exchanges and returns
You can exchange items (for example you got the wrong size), as long as the items are in the same condition as when they were purchased, with the tags still attached, and within 14 days of the original purchase date. If I do not have the right size available, you are welcome to swap the item for something else of equivalent value (or greater value, and pay the difference). You will need to pay any additional shipping costs associated with returning the item and having the new item sent to you. You are also welcome to do exchanges in person if you can get to Miramar!
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD),
I can ship overseas but you need to contact me to get a quote for shipping before ordering. I can then send you a customised invoice via email. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. You will be invoiced in NZD. If you are using an international credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. You will be responsible for any additional import duties or fees in your country.
All purchases from the Sale section are final (no refunds or exchanges unless goods are faulty). All items are while stocks last.
I make every effort to make sure that all information on this site is accurate and kept up-to-date. However, any description of the goods is given by way of identification only. If you have any further questions about any of my products, you are welcome to contact me anytime.
All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. With printed cotton fabrics in particular, the print/pattern placement may not be exactly the same as the example pictured. Every item is unique!
