SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within New Zealand
I generally use New Zealand Post tracked economy parcels for orders within New Zealand.
The following options will cost extra:*
$5.50 for rural delivery
$2.00 for Courier
$5.00 for Courier & Signature
If you require courier delivery, please contact me for a customised invoice

International Shipping
I can ship overseas but you need to get a quote for shipping from me before ordering. I can then send you a customised invoice via email. Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). You will be invoiced in NZD. If you are using an international credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. You will be responsible for any additional import duties or fees in your country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange items (for example you got the wrong size), as long as the items are in the same condition as when they were purchased, with the tags still attached, and within 14 days of the original purchase date. If I do not have the right size available, you are welcome to swap the item for something else of equivalent value (or greater value, and pay the difference). You will need to pay any additional shipping costs associated with returning the item and having the new item sent to you. You are also welcome to do exchanges in person if you can get to Miramar!
